Highly recommend. I’ve used a number of travel agencies but none matches the service of Andrea at Thor. Nothing’s a problem/it’s rather a challenge; she’s responsive; highly knowledgeable and has been there or can draw on Thor colleagues who have been there; she sometimes pushes me to do things I later am so pleased I did; she listens and spends time. She’s approachable and she gets it right!
